26e202a0de Add code example structure explanation (#280) 
Clarify code example structure in combination with the `?` operator. Add
as separate section so it can be easily removed when `?` can be used
inside of `main`.

e3f468b8a9 Disable Travis build cache (#259) 
As Cargo doesn't remove old build artifacts, a build cache means a lot
of time is spent downloading constantly increasing in size build
artifacts, especially for nightly releases.

* Detect encoding and decode text response

Fixes #246

* Try to get encoding from Content-Type header

* Remove uchardet encoding detection for now

* Add non utf-8 test case for Response::text()

Proxies can currently be configured to intercept HTTP, HTTPS, and all
requests. HTTPS tunneling is supported.
